    Like everyone else, we're not perfect, and we might make a mistake. If we make a mistake, or for any other reason you are dissatisfied, you must agree that we will be not be liable for any amount greater than the amount of money we have received from you for the service (at most, you get a full refund).
    Any further disagreements will be subject to arbitration by the Better Business Bureau, or litigation, at our option. (Nobody's ever sued us for our computer work, so we really don't expect any of this to ever happen, but we're cautious.)
